Size of the mats
We mostly supply 1 meter and 2 meters coirs. However, it can also be manufactured to suit the requirements of the client.
PVC / Vinyl tufted Coir Matting Rolls: They are suitable to act as barrier mats between doorways; the cleanliness of the rooms is maintained since the natural bristles clean the dirt from the shoes. It is a perfect choice for areas with a lot of foot traffic.
We have PVC tufted rolls in different widths such as 1 and 2 meter. The rolls are packed either by a PVC layer on the outside or transposed with a Coco Brush surface. The rolls might come in a Polyethylene, White PP or a standard plastic covering.

PVC backed SHAPED MATS
Any form and pattern may be carved out of doormats, and a variety of shapes can be printed. That is the feature of the Vinyl Backed Shape Mats. It is suitable for decorative purposes. Over 500 different designs are available with us.
Production Capacity
We had set up a new factory in 2010 to produce PVC backed coir mats and rolls. We now manufacture coir door mats in various thicknesses within the range of 15mm to 30 mm. The PVC backed coir rolls are available at a maximum width of 2m width and 10m in lengths.
Our current production per day is approximately 1500 sq.mtrs.
Sakthi exports is located at Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu. We have a 31% share of the total coconut production in India. Over 4.65 lakh hectares of land is dedicated for its production in the state.
This accounts for more than 7 billion coconuts at our land. We are able to extract quality coirs from this region because of the pureness of the coconuts grown here.
Since we have total control of our raw materials, the quality of the output is ensured.
